Yes, I do. All my international orders are sent by tracked service which is more secure and normally faster than standard. Shipping is charged only once no matter how many items you buy in the same transaction.

Please note:
International delivery can take longer than the estimated time in the listing. The Royal Mail only accept a parcel as lost in transit after 4 weeks of sending it. That is when I can ask for some information about it. All the tracking information should be displayed on your order.

Most of my headbands & tiebacks are made to fit all sizes. They tie at the back and fit from newborn to adult. Please check at the listing for more information. If you have a question about a particular item, just send me a message about it.

Custom orders are not refundable or exchanged.

If your order is sent back to me because of an incomplete address.
- If you want me to send the parcel to you again; delivery charges need to be paid by yourself for the second attempt.
- If you don't want the item sent back to you and prefer a refund; delivery charges will NOT be refunded.

Delivery charges are not refundable when the package is sent back to me as you weren't at the address to receive it or you didn't rearrange delivery or collect it from the postal service.

If you want a refund - the delivery charges will not be refunded.
