Frequently asked questions
My order wasn't delivered for whatever reason and was shipped back to sender. What happens now?
No worries! If this happens to you, contact me and once I confirm that it was shipped back to me, I will present a couple options. Option 1: Pay the additional shipping to have your order reshipped.
Option 2: I can refund your order minus shipping if you want to cancel your purchase. Please keep in mind that this option does not include custom orders. (Items that were made especially for you or a customized item ordered from listings)
I have not received my order, what do I do?
Please note that I only have the same tracking information that you do with the provided tracking number. Once I ship an order, I am not responsible for lost/missing, stolen or delayed packages as I cannot control the USPS system. You may need to contact your local Post Office for more information but please do contact me if any issues should come up and I will try my best to solve this issue with you.
