I ship orders Monday thru Friday. I typically do not send orders out on Saturday or Sunday.

I ship all orders using First Class Mail unless otherwise stated. They take between 3-5 days to arrive, but may arrive sooner as I live in a city with a USPS sort facility. However, please be prepared to wait the entire estimated production AND delivery time on each individual item listing to receive your order.

After your order has been marked as delivered, your order has been considered fulfilled. Sometimes orders get marked as delivered in advance by USPS, so if you see this, please wait 2-3 business days to see if your order eventually gets delivered. If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it after 2-3 business days, please check around your residence, with neighbors, and with your local post office to make sure it was not delivered to the wrong address. If your order still hasn't been found, please contact me so I can submit a missing mail search on your behalf. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MAIL. If you suspect your mail was stolen, please file a police report. I do not replace lost or stolen orders.

I ship all my orders with tracking, therefore, shipping for decals is a bit expensive. This combined with packaging (all my decal orders ship in stayflat mailers, so they arrive to you in the best condition), means I can’t ship your 1 or 2 decal orders for free and still be profitable. However, if you spend over $35 in my shop, including on decals, I’ll ship your order for free!

Note that if you buy any item that already ships for free, the rest of the items in your order will also ship for free as they’ll be packaged together in a single shipment. You may have to pay for shipping, but this will be refunded once I get your order.

I ship worldwide using USPS. The only countries I cannot ship to are Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria.

For US orders sent via First Class Mail, your order should be delivered within 3-5 business days. For orders sent Priority Mail, your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days.

For international orders sent via First Class Mail International, your order may take anywhere from 10 business days to 4 weeks or more to be delivered. For orders sent Priority Mail International, your order should be delivered within 6-10 business days. These methods are trackable in some countries.

All decals start at $3.75. This covers decal sizes with the longest measurement being 3.9” or less.

For every additional inch in measurement, add $1.

For every additional color in the design, add $1.50.

For specialty vinyl, add $1.50.

Iron-on designs follow this pricing structure, but multiplied by 2.

Example: a decal that measures 5” x 5” and uses specialty vinyl would be $7.25 ($3.75 base price + $2 for 2 additional inches wide + $1.50 for specialty vinyl = $7.25)

Example: a decal that contains 3 different colors and measures 3” would be $6.75 ($3.75 base price + $3 for 2 additional colors = $6.75)

For flat brown mailers: recycle with other paper products.
For any box (USPS or brown box): recycle with other cardboard boxes.
For white poly bags: recycle with #2 HDPE plastics.
For white bubble mailers: reuse with additional sticky seal, or recycle with #2 HDPE plastics.
For white Tyvek USPS mailers: recycle with #2 HDPE plastics.

All #2 HDPE plastic items can also be recycled alongside plastic grocery bags.

Unless a sale is running in my shop currently, or you have been given a coupon code, my items are not on sale/discounted. I do, however, offer discounts for large volume orders for wholesale/resale purposes. Please contact me for details about wholesale/resale pricing!

If you realize your address is wrong, send me a message on Etsy ASAP. I do not edit or correct addresses unless you reach out to me with a correction.

I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR ORDER GETS RETURNED DUE TO PROVIDING ME WITH AN INCORRECT OR INVALID ADDRESS. The cost of the item is the only refund you will receive if an order gets returned to me as undeliverable.

If your order has already been sent and you realize your address is wrong, you will need to wait for your order to be returned to me AND pay for postage again with a corrected address before I can resend your order.
