Do you offer coupons & discounts?
Yes, we periodically offer discounts and coupon codes on accessories in our shop.
We also offer free shipping on US standard orders over $35!

How fast do your products ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
When will I receive my package?
FREE SHIPPING on US standard shipping orders!

• FREE shipping over $35 - 6-10 business days
• Standard - 6-10 business days - $5.95
• Priority - 4-5 business days - $10.95
• Express - 1-3 business days - $24.95
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Please do not count weekends and holidays.
• Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume.
Do you offer express shipping?
Of course we do. We offer an Express shipping upgrade for a fee of $24.95 within the US. With this option, you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping through DHL.

Worldwide Standard (30 days) - $18

Worldwide Express (5-7 business days) - $58
• Canada - $54
• AU/NZ - $64
• Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country.
• Dates are approximate and additional delays in customs may occur.
• All items in an order must be shipped at the same time (regardless of stock status).
How do I make a return?
You can make a return on most items within 30 days of receiving your package here: https://darethcolburn.returnscenter.com/ items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, new condition and with all tags attached. ($7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
You have 7 days from receiving a prepaid label to ship your package. Refunds are issued 7-15 business days after your return has been delivered to our office.
International returns, please mail back to: Dareth Colburn, 10 Federal St, Ste 300, Salem, MA 01970.
My package is unable to be delivered to my address. Can you please reship?
We use the shipping addresses provided us to ship orders. If an incorrect address is provided, the package is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable because of insufficient address information, a $5.95 shipping fee is required to reship your order. Please contact us for further assistance.
I received a damaged item, can I get a replacement?
If you receive your accessory in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your name, order number, product SKU and a photo of the damage so we can help you with a replacement.
