PHOTOGRAPHS - photographs have a lustre coating that protects against fingerprints and UV exposure, so they need very little care. Just dust with a soft, lint-free cloth
PILLOW COVERS - wipe with a damp cloth or dry clean
TOTE BAGS - wipe with a damp cloth or turn inside out and wash in cold water and iron dry
ZIPPER POUCHES - wipe with a damp cloth or turn inside out and wash in cold water and iron dry
Screen printed and metallic fabrics can be damaged with a hot iron, so be sure to use a press cloth when ironing.

Let us know if your purchase is a gift. We'll be happy to include a note and/or gift wrap. We also can ship directly to your gift recipient.

We try to represent colors as accurately as possible on our retina display, but monitors display colors differently. We can send you a free fabric swatch if you're trying to match a specific color - just send us an etsy conversation and we'll be happy to send you a free swatch. NO RETURNS on color issues.

We refund any shipping overages of $1 or more.

Contact us via Etsy conversations for our return address. We would appreciate it if you carefully fold and pack the item well (you can reuse the packing materials we used, if you still have them). We recommend that you get a tracking number, so we know when to expect it and for proof of delivery. As soon as we receive the returned item and it's in its original condition, we'll refund your purchase price minus the shipping fees. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned purchases.
