Can I buy the image framed?
Yes! I can arrange framing for you, and have it shipped to you. I'm happy to create a custom listing for this. Please ask me about frame choices.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time.
My print was damaged in the mail. Help!
Prints are carefully packed for safety in sturdy waterproof packaging, but I know the mail can be unpredictable. In the event that a print is damaged in the mail I'm happy to provide a replacement. Please provide a photo of the damaged print as well as the packaging and I'll send you a replacement asap!
What are your return/exchange policies?
I want you to love your purchase! Please contact me within 14 days of delivery for the correct mailing address for returns. You are responsible for carefully packing and returning the piece to me in like-new condition (tracking is recommended). Returns must be received by me within 30 days after your item is delivered. Your purchase will be fully refunded as soon as I receive your return.
I do not accept exchanges because each art piece is printed and shipped individually by my lab as orders are placed.
