Care instructions
-Lingerie-
- Hand-washing only with gentle cleanser
- use cool water during washing
-Wash dark and light colored fabrics separately
- Do not dry in direct sunlight
-Hang or lay flat to dry in shade
- avoid bleach, drying machine and iron
- For white or light color bralettes, please wash them immediately after wearing because it's easy to get dark spots from sweat
-Silk-
-Soak silk in luke warm water for 3-5 minutes.
-Gently move the fabric during soaking from side to side. (Do not wring dry!)
-Rinse the fabric with cold water adding a tea spoon of vinegar to completely rid it of the soap.
-Wrap silk in a dry towel to remove the remaining liquid.
-Silk should always be ironed from the backside. Don't iron silk too hot!

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS:
For underwear size, please use our size chart to determine your right size (see size guide with item photos for further info on sizing)
Bust - measure around the fullest part of your bust
Under bust - measure around your ribcage where your bra band sits
Waist - measure around your waist
Hips - measure around the fullest part of your seat. This is usually a few inches below your hip bones.
Delivery
IMPORTANT!
1)Transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note that there might be delays due to customs procedures and holidays. Unfortunately, these are out of my control but If necessary I will do my best to track your shipment and speed it up if possible :)
2)Please make sure that the address you provided is correct!!!
The buyer must provide the accurate address for shipment. After I ship your order, there is nothing I can do to change it. If an item is returned due to incorrect address or failure to pick up, postage to resend must be paid by the buyer. All shipments are sent out with delivery confirmation.
Other
1) International buyers are solely responsible for any incurred customs charges.
2) If you want to speed up the delivery of your package, please contact me and I will upgrade the shipping method for you. For express delivery we work with the DHL Express.
3) In case the shipment was lost, we will send you a new one at no cost. We're serious about making our customers happy and maintain your satisfaction while shopping with us.
Refunds and Exchanges
-Please note that due to hygiene reasons I do not accept returns for underwear
(unless in a very rare case, the item arrives faulty/ have a defect)
In this case, please contact me and I will do my best to satisfy your needs, whether this be a refund or exchange.
Items should be returned in the original condition - unworn and unwashed. I will not be able to provide refund for items which are not in the original condition.
-We will issue the refund only after the products are returned to us.
- All costs of sending the package on return are borne by the buyer.
Order cancellation policy
- if you'd like to cancel your order because of my mistake I will refund 100% of your payment as long as the order isn't shipped yet !!! (delays in the Post Shipping are not our fault)
- if you'd like to cancel your order for other reasons not caused by my mistake I can only refund about 90% of the total amount you've paid because I accept payments through the third part which takes about 10% of non-refundable fees»
