CAN YOU EDIT A TEMPLATE FOR ME or CHANGE THE DESIGN?
Sorry, but I am no longer offering custom design services, design changes to pre-made templates, or template editing services.
WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED?
PHOTOSHOP FILES ◦ If the listing says PHOTOSHOP, you will need Photoshop CS2+ or Photoshop Elements 7+ (PS Elements) to edit the files.
Can I use another photo editing program? Maybe, but I can not guarantee the files will work as I only test in Photoshop. Let's just say that Photoshop FILES CAN ONLY BE OPENED in Photoshop.
CANVA FILES ◦ If the listing says CANVA, then you will EDIT ONLINE, all you need is a web browser! Great news, right? No software to install • No fonts to download. Edit our Canva templates via https://www.canva.com with a FREE account.
Sorry, but CANVA FILES ARE NOT EDITABLE in PHOTOSHOP or ANY OTHER SOFWARE.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT KIND OF TEMPLATE I AM PURCHASING?
I always describe which program is needed for each template within the listing photos and at the very top of every listing description. ALWAYS read the listing description before making a purchase.
If the listing says PHOTOSHOP, that template is for Adobe Photoshop ONLY.
If the listing says CANVA, that template is editable online via canva.com ONLY.
I ORDERED A CANVA TEMPLATE, BUT I WANT A PHOTOSHOP TEMPLATE (or vise versa), CAN I EXCHANGE?
If I have the specific design you purchased available in Photoshop and Canva form, I will happily exchange the template for you free of charge. If not, then I will not be able to offer you an exchange and refunds are not an option once files are downloaded.
In most cases, the reason a file is created in one program, but NOT both, is due to licensing restrictions on the artwork and/or fonts used in that specific template. Some artwork/font licensing specifies that the artwork/fonts can only be used in Canva files OR Photoshop files, but not both.
IMPORTANT: Please read the listing carefully before purchase. It is mentioned multiple times within each individual listing photos/descriptions which kind of file is included with purchase.
WHERE TO PRINT
The printers below are suggestions only, not every lab will print every style/size of template that we sell. Our templates are set up using universal standards, but you may need to adjust the files according to your printers needs.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ECHANGE POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of this product, purchases are non-refundable. If you are having issues with your files, we will gladly provide you with a new set of files ASAP.

As mentioned in each listing, my templates are designed for experienced Photoshop users. Buyers MUST know how to use their version of Photoshop & install fonts. Please, refer to my extensive HELP DOCUMENTATION & FAQ page for additional assistance.

TERMS OF USE
PRO-PHOTOGRAPHERS may use our templates as an add-on to the printed photo products that they offer their clients (such as prints, cards, books, albums, ect). Products must be provided to client in flattened printed form only.

PHOTOSHOP: ARE FONTS INCLUDED?
Due to copyright issues we can't include the font files. However, a list of links that you can follow to download the fonts is included.
PLEASE NOTE: I use fonts that are available and free for commercial use when I create a design, but I do NOT own or design the fonts, therefore it is possible that a font that was once offered could be no longer available by the designer or may no longer be free for commercial use.
PHOTOSHOP: MAGAZINE FILE SAVING OPTIONS
Yes, you can create a digital magazine or a jpg/pdf file to email to clients with PSD files.
Unfortunately, there are no universal instructions for these saving methods as they are different depending on your version of Photoshop and the file host you choose. With that said, I am not able to provide you with step by step instructions. I suggest a google search for your planned saving method and follow it with your version of photoshop or visit the website of your file hosting service.
