All artwork is hand drawn by me, using my iPad Pro and an Apple Pencil, after your photo as a reference. They are no cartooning app images or purchased clip art.
I ask permission to use the images for my shop after I am done.

After the item leaves my shop I am no longer held responsible for a lost or stolen item.
First Class Mail doesn’t, Priority Mail includes 50.00 USD insurance. To be safe I would upgrade to Priority Mail shipping!

Make sure you have your order shipped to an accurate and current address! If an item get returned to me, the customer needs to pay additional shipping cost to ship the item again!

Photos taken in daylight or outdoors work better. Indoor dark photos have pixels that can’t be fixed.
Avoid grass and big backgrounds. Pet should be the main part in the photograph. Cropping the image means low resolution (like tiny dog on the big beach won’t make a good pillow).

The image needs to fit the 13x19” sublimation paper. If your image was rather square and I’ll try to stretch it 16”, the photo would exceed the paper (image would be cut off). In order to make it fit I’ll stretch it as big as I can which sometimes is only 13-14” tall.

I could order bigger fabric but that takes 1+ week to print plus shipping and is higher in price. Ask me if you are uncertain how the pillow would turn out.
