4 out of 5 starsI thought the main image would be included with the separate elements but it is not. You have to design it yourself. I was hoping to made a quick thank you card for my mom with that design. It is nice clipart, but be advised it is every single element isolated, no premade designs.

5 out of 5 starsI have made many purchases of solid colors but most of the time they never really printed the true color. This Seller has the most gorgeous Blues and to my surprise, each color printed off exactly as my iMac monitor. It definitely is in high resolution and I’m extremely pleased with the deep tones.

Where is my Order? How do I download? ⏬
Download Instructions
After your payment clears, these items will be available instantly in your Etsy account.
To access your files from your account:
1️⃣ Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2️⃣ Go to Purchases and reviews.
3️⃣ Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you are using a mobile device, you may need to download your files using your web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) instead of using the Etsy App.

Technical Problems, File Issues.
Have you uncompressed the .zip folder?
My digital files are stored in a .zip folder. This means that they are all compressed and snug in a little package. Once downloaded, files need to be uncompressed.
How to Unzip:
Windows PC: Right click and choose extract all, use contents in newly created folder & delete the original zip archive.
Do you Give Refunds?
I do not offer refunds unless:
⭕ you have purchased the same product multiple times accidentally
⭕ The files have not been downloaded because there was a misunderstanding of what the
product was. (Yes, i can tell if you downloaded.)
😊I strive to make sure my customers are happy.
I will fix issues with files if it is the file itself malfunctioning, but not for color accuracy, see the next ? for details on colour.
✋EDITS: I do not make colour adjustments, wording edits after a file is purchased. These files are purchased as is, there is no way I could sell a file for only a couple of dollars 💲 but spend an hour modifying it for each customer. I wish I could!
Printing & Color Shifts
I test my files, BUT, the colors you see on your screen💻 will not correlate to the result you get from your printer🖨 at 100%.
If require high level of colour accuracy WSIWG, you need to match with the Pantone & print on a CMYK Press, but let's be realistic, if color accuracy is important, it is best that you do not purchase digital files to print at home. They will not meet your expectations!
Instead, hire out custom match. Artwork and colours will ALWAYS view differently from screen to screen. This comes down to screen type, computer type, application version, calibration settings and colour profiles, which all have an impact on the display colour. Then add in paper type, Print heads, settings and Ink quality Factors into the mix.
