Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my shop.

All the pieces you can see here are hand made from kiln fired earthenware clay and decorated with a mix of non toxic glazes.

No molds, stencils or decals are used in the creation of these pieces. I only make small batches and one of a kind items that will make the most special gift, jewellery, cake topper, heirloom, keepsake or love token.

Due to the nature of one of a kind hand-built ceramics, measurements vary and sizes are approximate. Each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art and measurements may sometimes vary slightly.

Cancellations

Cancellations: not accepted

Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.

Payment

If you decide to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once an item is personalised it cannot be returned.

Shipping

Deliveries are sent via 2nd class Standard Royal Mail. This option do not have a tracking option. IF YOU WISH YOUR DELIVERY TO BE TRACKED PLEASE SELECT THAT OPTION ON THE CHECK OUT, OTHERWISE DELIVERIES ARE STANDARD AND TRACKING THEM IS NOT POSSIBLE.

All your orders will be dispatched usually within 3-5 days of the order being placed unless it is a preorder or a custom order.

Express delivery is also available for urgent orders. If you would prefer this option please message me prior to purchasing so I can add the extra postage to your order.

Please make sure that the address is correct to avoid any extra postage. A returned parcel will require new postage to forward to the correct address.

GIFT PARCEL
We ship your item to the address you have listed in your Etsy order. We are happy to ship to a different address as long as you let us know in advance.

Care instructions

Ceramics can be washed with warm water and detergent.

Custom and personalised orders

Once a custom order is sent to a customer I will hold the items for a maximum of 5 days.

In case the custom order does't get processed within 5 days, it will be cancelled and the items listed again, so they will be able to be purchased via standard listings.

Sizing details

Each item has the sizing details in the listing description. Should you need more detailed information about a piece, please let me know and I will send it to you.
