Owner, Fiber Artist
What can I say? I make toys. Animals, birds, insects, monsters, whatever the yarn or wool wants to become. I've been knitting toys since I first found out I was going to be an aunt. I have 7 nieces and nephews now, so I've made a LOT of toys.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders may be available. Please message to discuss what you have in mind. You will need to provide the following details:
• Any deadlines, holidays, or special occasions for which you are shopping
• Whether you are interested in a knit or needle felted item
• Color preferences; or if you have a specific yarn in mind
• What sort of creature or item you are interested
Prices for custom orders will take into consideration the cost of materials, the time involved to make the item, and also how busy I already am with existing commitments.
Care instructions
Care for Knit Toys
Unless otherwise noted all my knit creatures are made of acrylic yarns and stuffed with PolyFil. Thus they are machine washable, on a gentle cycle. Dry on low. Family tell me that any ends and seams hold up well with gentle washing.
Care for Needle Felted Items or Wool Knit Toys
Carefully spot clean with cold water, mild soap, and a clean cloth. Pat rather than rub. Try to avoid soaking the whole item, though if you must the goal is to avoid friction and heat as these may cause your item to shrink. Treat my wool items as you would your favorite hand wash only sweater, only more gently even.
Infants and Toddlers
If you are purchasing a gift for an infant or a toddler please consider a knit item rather that a needle felted item. The knit items are sturdy, most are easily washable, and any eyes are safety eyes designed specifically with small children in mind.
Needle felted items on the other hand are generally more fragile. With enough force you can pull them apart. While they are only made of natural wool roving, the pieces are often small. Needle felted items require more gentle play, should only be spot cleaned, and are often meant as figurines, decorations, or toys for older children or adults. I have not tested their durability or safety with family or friends infants or toddlers as I do not wish to risk the safety of those I care about.
