Please be advised that some delivery times may be longer and some items may be out of stock due to global shortages, result in delays or unavailability of product. If you are under a time deadline I suggest you message me before ordering. To help ensure an on time Christmas delivery I recommend ordering before Dec 5th for US deliveries, for Canadian deliveries I recommend Dec 1st. Please understand that production and shipping changes can occur unexpectedly. I'll do my best to fulfill your order. Thank you. Given the custom nature of my printing process it is difficult to accept returns or exchanges unless item is defective so please ensure you check sizing charts before ordering and email me with any questions. Custom items cannot be returned. I'm a small business so I can't really absorb costs for mistakes that are easily avoided by confirming proper size and proper addresses. If you need to return an item because it was received damaged then please contact me FIRST as I will provide the return process (customer responsible for return shipping costs). Do not return item prior to contacting me - as this will automatically void return. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

International Buyers (outside USA) – Please Note:
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Many of my items ship from the US. I recommend contacting me BEFORE ordering as I may be able to adjust where your item ships from and therefore reduce your cost and shipping time. Also shipping times outside USA can be quite lengthy - approximately 2.5 weeks to Canada and longer to other locations (unless European orders are processed by one of our EU printers).

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
