4 out of 5 starsI love the way this jacket fits & the design is wonderful. It would've benefitted from perhaps one internal pocket. But that is a personal preference on most jackets. So not having one was a little awkward at first to get used to. The fastex buckles along the midsection were very tight & even while carefully attempting to adjust the fit a piece of one of the buckles broke & it has not been a simple process to get resolved.

How do I get my measurements right?
Take a cloth or plastic soft tape measure that you can find at craft and sewing stores. If you don't have any, you can get a piece of string and a ruler.
You need to strip down to your underwear or wear tight clothing like leggings to get accurate measurements.
Bust – wrap a centimeter around the most volume and the protruding part of the chest, exhale halfway and fix the volume.
Waist – wrap a centimeter around the thinnest part of the waist, measure at half a breath. Do not retract or inflate the belly during the measurement.
Hips – it is measured on the most volume part of hips, approximately at the level of the hip joints.
Then compare your notes with our size table.
Will my parcel be charged additional customs and import charges?
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. MDNT:45 has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
If you don’t feel comfortable paying for these duties, please, decline the package and contact us via Etsy Messages.
How long is the processing time?
We do our best to complete your order as soon as we can. But it’s important to know that we make our clothes specifically for the orders received. We don’t have any stock. Therefore, the whole process may take up to 11 business days. But usually, it’s about 5.
Please, note! Our delivery terms may be longer during the holiday season (November-December) due to an intensive demand and possible delivery service delays.
I want to change the size or color of the item. Can you make a personalized item for me?
We can customize some items in our shop special for you. If you want any changes, text us and we will notify you if the desired changes can be made.
I purchased a product, and now it's on sale. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel the order?
Yes, you can do it within 24 hours after the purchase by contacting us via Etsy Messages.
Please, make sure to state the reason for the cancellation – this is very important to us. Thanks to this information, we can improve ourselves and ensure your next experience with us is brilliant.
After receiving your request, we’ll cancel the order and forward it to our Financial Department for reimbursement. Please, note: we reserve the right to offer you alternative options before confirming the refund.
We issue refunds to the original payment method. The process takes up to 15 days from the moment it is confirmed.
I want to return/exchange the items. What do I do?
If you want to return your order for whatever reason, please, contact us via Etsy Messages. We will gladly help you with this process.
From the moment you received your clothes, you have 14 calendar days to request and ship a return.
What are return conditions?
To be eligible for a return, products should meet the following criteria:
- All original product tags and textile labels are intact.
- Items should not be washed, altered, or used and don't show any signs of use (stains, marks, bad odors, signs of wear).
Please note: Any items that don't meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange. For product maintenance, we recommend avoiding the use of perfumes or exposure to smoke while trying on items.
- Before returning an item, please provide three clear photos showing the item's front, back, and sides. For damaged items, make sure the damage is clearly visible in the photos.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The use of trackable shipping is a must.
Are there any cases when a refund is not possible?
Returning an item without contacting us and getting prior authorization will result in the inability to process a refund. In such a scenario, you may choose another item of equal value from our shop. Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all associated shipping charges.
Items sent back once the return period is over won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Customized items
- Garments worn directly against the skin (please check product description)
- Items discounted by 35% or more, Final Sale items
- Returns without tracking
- We do not offer a try-on service. Please avoid ordering one item in two or more sizes, as returns for such cases will not be accepted.
How much time do I need to wait for my refund?
The time frames for issuing a refund vary as follows:
- Order cancellation (in case you changed your mind) – 15 calendar days from the moment it's confirmed.
- Order return – 30 calendar days from the moment we receive the returning parcel.
- Other reimbursements – 15 calendar days from the moment it's confirmed.
