Hello and welcome to Makena Jewellery!

All items are made by myself with great care and love.
I try to make unique and original pieces wearable on every day life.

When I am creating new jewelry pieces I am most of the time surrounded in nature, by which I get inspired.

I am a nomad and pick up the materials I use in different locations during my travels. All seaglass used is picked up by me (usually in very rainy and windy days in the coast of England).

Please keep in mind that you are buying a handmade not a standardized industrial product, the little imperfections that might appear are the one that make the piece of jewelry so unique!

Fees must be paid fully before shipping. The item will be shipped as soon as possilble upon receipt of your payment (usually it takes around 1-2 business days)

Delivery

Your jewelry purchase will come beautifully packaged ready to gift to a loved one or to yourself.

I do try to minimize plastic packaging so I am currently making my own paper envelopes to send. I might use normal envelopes if I run out of the handmade ones. I also use minimal to no bubble wrap, depending on how delicate the piece is and how long its journey is.

All packages are sent with the Priority service of Poste Italiane. This service provides limited tracking on the package movements.

DELIVERY TIMES:

EUROPE: 5/10 days

NORTH AMERICA: 7/14 days

REST OF THE WORLD: 7/20 days

PLEASE NOTE THAT COVID DELAYS ARE EXPECTED ON ALL DELIVERIES. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO ACCOMMODATE THIS.

Packages can sometimes take up to 4-8 weeks due to customs checks or during holiday times.

Please note that the packages have LIMITED TRACKING (package will ONLY show when it has left the country of shipping). If you do require tracking please do get in touch so we can arrange that.

Please note that I not am responsible for lost or damages by the Post Office.
