Please read the description to each sign. Most signs include hangers attached but some (considered shelf-sitters) do not.

Our products are made from wood. The product you will receive will be slightly different than pictured for many reasons. Each piece of wood distresses differently than others. Each cut will have different imperfections such as knots, holes, cracks, etc. but that's what makes our signs one of a kind and unique.

In the rare occurance that your signs are damaged, it must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of receiving your package. You must send me pictures of the damaged items and the packaging. The buyer is responsible for filing a claim through USPS. All packages come with up to $50 in insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please message me before ordering. Once and item is shipped I am no longer responsible as it is out of my hands, but I will do my best to assist you with the claim process.

I am not responsible for lost packages. The buyer must file a claim through USPS if their package is lost.

If your order needs to be redelivered because you were not home or there was not a safe place to leave it, it is your responsibility to pick up your package from the post office in the time that they give you. If you do not pickup your package in that time, it will be sent back to me. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges to reship their package back to them. If they decide to neglect their order, it will become our property within 10 days of us receiving it and no refunds will be given.

All signs have bubble wrap secured around them and after that it is placed in a poly-mailer before being shipped. A fragile sticker is placed on the front and back of the package.

Yes, please mark the package as a gift. A packaging slip will still be included which includes the listing name and that it is a gift. If you do not want a packaging slip included you must say so in the notes to seller when checking out.

All of my signs are made to order. It usually takes me 1-2 weeks to get an order finished and then shipped. Around Christmas it will be a little bit longer depending on my workload. This doesn't mean that it takes that long for me to make your specific sign. It just means there may be 50-100 orders ahead of yours that I am in the process of making.

We send all of our packages USPS. Once it has shipped it is out of my hands and beyond my control. I will do the best to assist you if something weird is happening with your package or if it is lost, but shipping times cannot be guaranteed and I am not responsible for timing once the item has shipped.
