Custom and personalised orders
Send me a message telling me about what you had in mind for a custom order.
Be sure to include:
Do you want a two or three piece set? or one simple piece?
What size? (8x10”, 11x14”, another size?)
Do you want the piece to be vertical or horizontal in orientation?
Would you like to include a quote? (this will guide our layout options).
Are there specific examples of my previous work where you like the colours, layout, style, etc.?

Once we have finalized details, I’ll post a custom listing on my page.
Once Payment is processed, I’ll begin working on your piece!
How long does it take for a custom order?
It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete a watercolour custom order.
Depending on your order, I may do a mock-up for your review before beginning your final piece. This is more to confirm layout and/or colour palette decisions.
Once your piece is completed, I will send you a photo for your review. If there is anything needed to be added at that point, I will gladly make any changes at this point in the process. Once approved, I will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% and will ship once payment has been received.
How are packages shipped?
All packages are packed with care with an acid-free poly-bag and rigid mailer. Orders are shipped through Canada Post, and if you choose the option I send with insurance and tracking options (which is preferable).
Local Pick-Up Option
Local pick-up (Windsor/Essex County, Ontario, Canada) is available at checkout if you use the code "LOCALPICKUP".
