✼October 24, 2023: Hi! I am working on updating my listings on my shop so that I can now upload your final files directly to your purchase receipt rather than sending via email!
This will take time to update each listing, so you will see that some of my listings have different ordering options. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, but thank you for your patience as I slowly make these updates on my shop! :)

*The biggest change is that you *can not* select your turn around time or size to print as from a DROP DOWN LIST anymore. Instead, you will note the size you'd like to to print as and if you need to RUSH your order, there is a separate link now!

All orders will be complete during business hours.

*I do offer a Saturday/Sunday RUSH option which must be purchased if you need your sign done on a Saturday or Sunday.
*PLEASE NOTE: if you are ordering a 24 hour rush on a Friday night, it will not be complete until Monday. All RUSH orders needing completed before the weekend MUST be placed before 10am on FRIDAY or please purchase the Saturday/Sunday RUSH option.
[Unfortunately I can not accommodate a late night (Friday) rush order without the weekend rush as I will otherwise not see your orders come through after 5PM on Friday]

PLEASE see where you are printing BEFORE you order. Starting February 2020, there will be a $2.00 resize fee. I ask that you ensure the size you are ordering is the size you plan to print as prior to placing your order. If you would like help deciding what size to print as, please reach out!
If you need your file RESIZED after completion (after the order is closed out) please purchase the RESIZE FEE listing.

**Helpful information: 18x24 is the least common printing size (Walmart and Walgreens do not print this size) please order the 16x20 or 20x30 if you would like to print at Walmart or Walgreens.

PLEASE take into consideration the fact that the shop owner turns around ALL orders within 3 business days. If your information for your sign is not submitted within 24 hours, you will purchase the listing to edit your sign at a later date! This will put you back into the rotation of orders. If you know you do not need your order for a few weeks, I ask that you please place the order closer to that time :) Thank you so much.

**Helpful tip: If you are ordering *in advance* and plan to order the "make my order at a later date" listing, your orders MUST be within 3 months time of one another. Due to the nature of unexpected life changes, I will not work more than 3 months in advance. No refunds will be given if your information is not submitted.

▪︎Please read ENTIRE listing description before placing an order!▪︎

‣All of my files are DIGITAL ITEMS. This means that you will purchase the listing you like and then I will customize it exactly how you want and you will have it printed wherever you choose!
‣I do have instant downloads available immediately!
‣Most files can be upgraded to add photos or further personalization. This upgrade will typically incur an additional fee.

‣All files will be complete within 3 business days (depending on the time frame you selected at checkout) AFTER ALL INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED -and- AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS PROCESSED!

What does this mean? -- If you purchase your item on a Monday, but you do not send me the information for it until Wednesday, then Wednesday is when the timeframe starts.

I do not start orders unless payment has processed. Please take this into consideration when waiting for your item to be completed. Your understanding is very much appreciated! :)

I ask that you please submit ALL INFORMATION within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your information is not going to be ready within 24 hours- you can order the "Make My Listing At A Later Date" listing. This will put you back in the rotation of orders when your information is ready.

‣I try to be as flexible as possible, so if you have a special request, feel free!

Please do not ask me to do another shop's work. Feel free to let me know what ideas you have and what theme or color scheme you like, but I will not re-create someone else's work.

With that being said, please do not ask another shop owner to re-create my work.

‣I will send you a PROOF to your ETSY ACCOUNT within 2-3 business days unless you specify that you would prefer the proof to go straight to your e-mail or if you purchased a rush option. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours, I will send it straight to your e-mail and try again. Please keep in mind that communication between both of us is the best way to effectively have your file done in a timely manner.
*AS OF OCTOBER 2023: As I update the listings on my shop, I will start being able to upload your final file directly to your purchase receipt right here on Etsy! I will specify at the time of closing out your order whether your file will be uploaded on Etsy or sent by email! Message me if you need any help with anything or have any questions! :)


Also please be considerate of the fact that I am working on other projects at the same time, so that is why I like to have edits finished within 24 hours.
I do NOT keep files saved on my computer for long periods of time! Within 48 hours of no communication, I assume you are happy with the design and layout and close out the order. Edits requested after this timeframe will incur an additional fee.
If you do need edits, please send them all in the same message to keep organized so that nothing gets forgotten :) Thank you so much.


‣ALL files are sent directly to your e-mail attached to your Etsy account unless you specify otherwise. If you do NOT see your file in your inbox, please check your Spam and/or send me a message or email me directly. I can then respond directly to that email WITH your attachment to verify that it is going to the correct place.

✩✩✩✩✩IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RUSH ORDERS✩✩✩✩✩

‣I have an option for a RUSH order. Please choose this option if you need your order quickly. Please do not anticipate your order being complete same day or before 3 business days without this option. Your order will likely take the entire 3 days. Please keep this in mind.

‣Because I do not work many hours on the weekends, if you need an order done within 24 hours over the weekend, you must purchase the SATURDAY/SUNDAY Rush Option. For example, if you place a RUSH order on a Sunday, but do not select the upgraded rush, your turn around time will not go in effect until Monday. It will be done within 24 hours of Monday at 9am.

When I see a spelling error, I always correct it, but sometimes I do not read through every single detail to catch the errors. Please try to type things how you would like to see them! Thanks!
