If ordering a personalized piece, please include your custom items in the notes to seller field on checkout or you may email through Etsy for additional information, all emails are answered promptly. It is our policy to either find your jewelry via USPS, Replace your item or Refund your purchase price.

If you chose a size to big or to small, I am always happy to resize at no charge. Please contact me for a return shipping address. Jewelry not appropriate for children under 15 years old.

Please email me and let me know you would like to exchange your jewelry. I am happy to do this for you provided it is within 14 days of when your package was delivered. The jewelry must not be previously worn. Not applicable for personalized jewelry.

The best photo's are distant shots that are un-cropped. We will crop, edit, repair blemishes & marks, blur backgrounds and resize your photo's and send you a proof prior to the work being done.

We're happy to have sales a few times a year. As a small handmade business we cannot refund the difference in the regular price vs sale price on items purchased prior to a sale. Additionally we don't stack our discount, coupons and sales. You will receive the highest discount available at the time but a double discount will not apply.

I insure all mail over $250, if you require insured or registered mail please let me know and I will send you pricing for this mail service.

I am currently only selling in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Due to the changing VAT and Custom Laws.

If we make a mistake we will fix it for your immediately by either sending you the corrected piece or we will send you a fully paid label to return it to us for a repair.
