All cards can be personalised with ANY verse of your choice both on the front and inside. Please enter your personalisation details into the custom text box when at the checkout.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, but please allow up to 3 working days (excluding weekends) for your order to be dispatched.
The DELIVERY time depends on your chosen delivery method, please see individual items for details.

Your order will be posted from London, UK. International deliveries are usually made within 10-14 WORKING days after dispatch (please note that this is not a guarantee just a guideline by Royal Mail) but in some cases it may take longer up to 30 working days.

If you bought an item by mistake (e. g. if did not check the delivery times prior to placing your order) and if you wish to cancel your purchase please contact me immediately. Orders can only be cancelled before the work has started - usually within 3 hours of placing your order.

Please let me know that you want your order to be shipped directly to the recipient ("message to the seller") as it will influence the way I will pack your order. To have your items sent directly to the recipient, please amend the delivery address (Etsy account settings).

Please double-check to verify that the shipping address provided on Etsy is correct. I'm not in the position to refund lost items due to an incorrect address on your account. If your parcel is returned to me due to this reason extra shipping charges will apply to resend the item to you.

If you have a particular date that you need your item for, please let me know before or at the time of booking and I will do my best to accommodate you or I will be able to advice you if your order cannot be delivered to you by the time you need it.

Due to the prohibitive costs involved I do not make one off designs at the present and only retail the cards shown on the website. I’m happy to try to alter and adjust every card to your needs though (e.g. different colour of the ribbon). Please email me with the link to the design you like and what you would like to change and I will see what can be done. Please note that this request must be made before placing your order and it cannot be done in a hurry as it may take a few days to agree on the design adjustments.
