When can I expect to hear back from you if I have a question or custom request?
I try my best to respond within 72 hours and answer all messages on a first come, first served basis. Krysteena Marie Design will be open 7 days a week for orders, but for correspondence I can be reached Monday - Friday from 7.00 - 3.00 EST as I spend evenings and weekends with my family.
What are your terms of use?
All items sold by Krysteena Marie Design are for personal use only. You may save and reprint copies for your current and future needs. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files or printed copies.
I love your design but I need one small change. Can you do that?
Absolutely! I'm happy to change color, words, or size to meet your needs for a small fee. Please do not buy my stock item if you'd like a custom version. Use the "Ask a Question" button to send me a message letting me know what changes you'd like and we'll get to work on your custom design.
I don't see what I'm looking for in your shop. Can you make it for me?
I love creating custom listings! Once I receive all the details for your request I will get to work on your design and return proof to you within 72 hours for approval. Any requested changes will be generated within one business day and once we get your item picture perfect, I'll get your listing posted in the shop within one business day of your final proof approval.
