5 out of 5 starsJacob is an amazing seller. Communication is super fast, and the shipment arrived in time even though customs were making problems (outside of Jacob's hands anyhow). He is always helpful and supports you all the way. After the ring arrived we had a small issue but Jacob solved that as well with an amazing customer service. Oh and the ring is just gorgeous, my fiancé loves it. Very unique and simply beautiful! I also really like that the materials are sustainable and ethically sourced which was important for me. Will definitely get my next ring from Jacob again!

Payment plans
We are happy to extend a layaway option to customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a payments plan.
All layaway orders are subject to the following:
> A non-refundable deposit of 30%.
> Rest 70% can be divided into up to 4 installments.
> Once deposit is completed, we will start the items production.
> Items will be ready to ship and will be shipped once full payment is done.
Refund and Exchange policy
>You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full hassle free refund or exchange.
Please contact us before shipping the item back, Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
> Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
1) Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We offer 3-11 US Size for all of our rings, All other sizes are available with an extra fee. Please contact us for a quote.

All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected carefully prior to shipment.
Our lifetime warranty offers free cleaning and inspection, metal re-polish, prong tightening and rhodium plating.
We also offer a 2 year accent gemstone/diamond replacement.
