Announcement    Hi welcome to my art Etsy shop, Lach Art Gallery ! I am Lynn Ede, Artist Illustrator painting in The Cotswolds UK. I ship worldwide and paint mainly in watercolour, ink and acrylic. An exhibited artist, and member of the Association of Illustrators, my career includes managing a commercial art gallery and studying History of Art at university level. Exhibitions I have shown and sold my art paintings on canvas and framed watercolor in art galleries, hotels, restaurants and coffee shops. It has been great to see my work arriving to homes and businesses around the world.

I decided on the name Lach Art Gallery as the initials are taken from myself and my three sons, Arthur, Henry, Charlie! The word Lach also means in some languages to laugh, which is great; who doesn't like to laugh? Some phonic meanings also translate to diagram, which is relative to my illustrative work. Yep, I like words and languages! Favourite artists - oh so many! Turner, Monet, Van Gogh, Berthe Morisot, but also many contemporary illustrators whom I admire and follow on Instagram, Pinterest and Patreon, where it's great to make contact and share ideas. Thank you for supporting my work and my shop here!
