What does "Made to Order" mean?
Just like your favorite burger joint, our items aren't printed until you order them!
Do you do custom or bulk orders?
HEADS UP, MERMAID: Custom orders are NOT available on Etsy.

NO. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SORORITY CHANGES IN THE ORDER NOTES!
The Organization you select at checkout is exactly what you will receive. NO exceptions, sorry!

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
All sales are FINAL. No exchanges or returns are allowed. Please contact us first if you have questions about the garment.
What if I put in the wrong shipping address?
We understand mistakes happen! If you contact us right away, we can usually change the address in time. If the item has already shipped, we are not responsible for the mislabeled address. You will have to contact the shipping provider to see if you can have the shipment rerouted.
Do you ship on the weekends?
Although items can be ordered every day of the week, an order must be made by Friday at 5 PM EST for it to be placed and/or shipped before the weekend. Otherwise, it will be placed the following Monday.
I need my item ASAP! What do I do?
If you need your item(s) in 7 business days or less, we strongly recommend you select Overnight shipping at checkout.
My order is taking longer than I thought. Can you make it ship faster?
Once an order is placed, it goes into a queue at our print facility. We cannot change how fast your order ships unless you purchase the Rush Overnight Shipping upgrade. Message us for more details!
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
No. All items are shipped the same way, in the same packaging.
