How to return an Item ?
Need to exchange or return something? Not a problem! We're sorry it didn't work out! We’re excited to introduce US returns for our US customers!
We accept returns for any reason within 15 days after the delivery was made. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that only items with the Security Tag in their original unworn and unwashed condition may be reimbursed. We will reimburse you within 5b/days of receiving back the item. All shipping charges, including the return shipping, are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding as we try to keep our prices accessible, we're not able to cover return shipping costs.
Garments on Sale over 30%, and Size +5XL are NON returnable.
Can I exchange an item ?
Please follow the instructions into return form and send the garment back to me.
Once I receive it and give you a refund please simply make your new order.
All shipping charges, including the return shipping, are non-refundable.
How do I track my order ?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will update your order with the tracking number of your package.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

We are occasionally asked if we can send packages as gifts to avoid such charges as we understand certain other businesses on Etsy do. To be clear, this is an illegal practice and may additionally subject you as the customer, to penalties and fines in your own country. Regardless, as a business that strives to be ethical, we are not able to mark your items as gifts with low value on customs forms. Thank you for your understanding
Wholesale

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be made, wrapped, and sent from Europe.
Our standard shipping times vary based on the items included in your order, shipping location, and shipping method selected. Order processing times will also vary by item and availability, and an estimated timeframe will be displayed during checkout.
All orders to the US and Canada ship via UPS Express. Any other package with a total weight of over 4.4 lbs (2 kg) will be automatically upgraded to UPS Express at no additional charge. Express shipping upgrades are also available for purchase at checkout.

What size should I order?
You'll find a size chart in the image section of each listing. We always suggest that customers follow the directions on the chart to compare their measurements with those shown for the best size recommendation.
The measurements on our garment and footwear size charts correspond to approx. recommended body measurements in order to provide size advice across item type, rather than the measurements of the item itself.
You can find more information specific to the item you're viewing—length measurements, heights and sizes of the models shown, fabric details, and more—in the item’s description for reference.

How to determine my size ?
Taking your Body measurements :
BUST
Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.
WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight.
HIPS
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
INSEAM
Measure the length of the inner leg, from the top of the thigh to the ankle.
