Frequently asked questions

What is your shipping time?

We generally ship with FedEx ground. It will take
between 2 to 5 business days to receive your
product once the item is shipped. We make our
items especially full to compensate for any
“shedding” that may occur during shipping.
Because of the nature of our product we do not
ship internationally.

Custom and personalized orders

We welcome custom orders. If you see an item
you’d like made in a different color or size, please
contact us and we’d be glad to help you make that happen.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

What happens if my items arrives damaged?

If your item arrives to you damaged due to FedEx issues, please take
a photo and email it to us so we may file a claim with the shipping company. Please do not throw the item away without contacting us as it may be necessary to return the item or have a FedEx representative come inspect the damaged item. We will gladly replace an item that was damaged due to the shipper at no cost to you as we will put in an insurance claim with the shipping company. Shipping costs of returned
items are non-refundable including boxes that were refused or incorrect addresses.

Can you please explain how your items are packaged?

All our items are carefully packed. Our wreaths, garlands, swags, bouquets, and arches are secured to the bottom of the box and a wood cleat is glued to the bottom center of the box to help with any crushing issues. We use new 200 lb. test corrugated boxes on all our shipments. Our bunches are wrapped in bubble wrap or surrounded by peanuts.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We sell to stores, catalogs, and Internet companies and would gladly work with you on wholesale pricing. We drop ship orders daily using FedEx and UPS and are able to palatalize orders if necessary. We can also blind drop ship orders for your company.

Do you ever substitute flowers?

Because we are at Mother Nature’s mercy we reserve the right to substitute similar flowers when a specific flower is not available due to crop failure or seasonal availability.
