We do offer embroidery on most items, it is not recommended on fur because it "sinks" into the fabric and does not show up as well. Simply add the custom order listing for embroidery. https://www.etsy.com/listing/695771068/custom-order-fee
1-2 names or monogram will be the "small embroidery" anything beyond that you can message us to clarify which embroidery listing you should select!

All cotton fabrics are pre-washed unless noted in an individual listing. Wash blankets in cold water and gentle detergent, tumble dry on low or air-dry.

For fur blankets air drying is recommended to maintain the original softness and texture of the fur for longer. Heat is the enemy of fur so always wash in cold and if tumble dry is necessary use lowest setting. NO fabric softener.

Sheets may be washed in cold water, tumble dry lowest setting.

Washing needle felted items is not recommended and, in fact, may ruin your fiber art.

Yes. All orders can be cancelled within the first twenty-four (24) hours of payment and prior to item being shipped. We try to get orders processed as quickly as possible and in some cases orders may ship within first 24 hours. After the initial twenty-four (24) hours, (or upon shipping) all sales are considered final. Please contact us ahead of time to answer any questions, thank you.

We may accept exchanges/eturns if items are in their original condition unwashed and unused. All returns with a refund will be less original shipping charges.Buyer pays return shipping.
If you feel an error was made on your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If an error has occurred, we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
Errors do not include:
Colors: color may appear different on computer, tablet, and phone screens.
Size: Items are described in detail in the pictures and descriptions, if you receive the size you ordered but wish to exchange for a different size please see above for returns and exchanges.
