- The quality of your balloons can be affected by your surroundings. Prior to your event, it is advisable to keep them away from direct sunlight and avoid exposing them to extreme cold temperatures, as this can cause the balloons to deflate.
- Please be aware that balloons pose a choking hazard and should be kept out of reach of small children and pets.

It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it, now what?
For customers in the United States who assert that their package has been lost or stolen (despite being marked as delivered but not received), Buttercup Blossom will proceed to report the incident to the US Postal Inspection for investigation prior to considering a potential refund.
IMPORTANT: This policy exclusively pertains to customers located in the United States. Please be aware that I do not have the means to communicate with international postal services.
What do you do about lost or delayed international orders?
We will not be held responsible for any possible extra international import costs or for delays for customs holding international orders.
Also, Buttercup Blossom will not give any refunds or exchanges for international lost packages or packages showing delivered and the customer states they have not received. We have no way to track anything down and do not know or understand the workings of other countries postal systems.
