At the moment Processing times are 3-5 days but the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Between Christmas and New Year and at vacation times, the processing times do increase to give myself a short break.

North America: 8-20 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-20 business days
These shipping estimates can vary according to the time of year and sometimes items can take up to 28 business days to arrive. Covid delays have meant some items take up to 40 days, I do understand this is very frustrating but is beyond my control.
Standard and Free Delivery do not include tracking information.
If you need the item for a specific date or would like to track the package please upgrade to the signed and tracked postal service.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Can I change the colour?
If you would a different colour, convo me before purchase and we can work together to create your perfect print.
What sort of paper do you use for your prints?
I use a range of quality premium papers I use, please see the individual listings for usage. All papers are Museum Quality Archival Papers & Acid Free.
Epson Archival Matte Paper
189gsm With a clean and clear matte surface, this paper has a high quality that is designed to allow for sharp and precise printing without smear and smudge.
Canson Infinity Rag Photographique
310gsm & 210gsm It is a 100% cotton museum grade white Fine Art paper.
Pinnacle Fine Art Cotton Rag Paper- 310gsm
Premium 100% cotton rag inkjet giclee paper with a white smooth velvet texture, a beautiful traditional look and feel.
I want a larger print, can you print one for me?
While I can produce prints in my studio up to the size of 13x19 inches I can outsource larger prints to a carefully chosen production partner in UK, Europe and the States. Please convo me and I can get a price for you.
Is my order tracked?
The items are not tracked, I receive a certificate of posting at the time of shipping. You can upgrade to 'Tracked & Signed' at checkout. I would recommend this if you need the item for a certain date as International Shipping can sometimes be very unpredictable!
Processing Times
Currently, your product will ship within 3-5 days after purchase. Items sent to an external printer may experience unforseen delays due to new work practices. These items will usually ship within 4-5 working days.
