I missed Brianna's message when it was erroneously sent to my spam folder on Etsy's messaging platform. After seeing her review, I was able to reach out and offer her a refund for the issue she had (she had bought two of my listings to get a matching backer design). I feel terrible for the inconvenience to Brianna and this doesn't represent my approach to customers; I typically respond to everyone in a much more timely manner and will make every effort to check for messages going to spam going forward.
