All customer service regarding Etsy orders is done through the Etsy messaging system only. Messages sent anywhere else won't be answered.
Please update your notifications to ensure you receive timely messages, we aren't responsible on the delay of an order if we've tried to reach out without a response from you.

Messages are answered from oldest to newest. Each time you send another message Etsy puts it at the newest therefore will take longer to answer.

We will not be held liable for orders arriving after your event if you do not provide a date in hands when the order is placed. You agree to have order cancelled if your date in hands is sooner than our shipping date. Orders will not be cancelled once work has started.

We DO NOT accept cancellations once payment has been completed. As we work super fast, once you click purchase your order immediately goes to production.

There is a limit of custom illustration orders per week, don't wait on placing your order. If the illustration listing is not available for purchase, please check back often.

-Product for illustration has to be purchased at the same time as illustration.
-Just above the personalization box is a link to copy and paste so you can add the illustration fee to your order before you check out. If you don't purchase the illustration fee with product, you agree to have your order cancelled so you can re-order the items together.

This example is from a customer. We don't mix and match pictures. If you need photo's combined, please have that art done before purchasing.

I am attaching 2 pictures of Lilly. Ideally, we'd to use her seated position from "Lilly 1" and combine her two heads/faces from Lilly 1 and Lilly 2.

Body: If you could, please separate her front and hind paws to add some space in between. I'm worried it will look too jumbled if they are touching as they are in this picture.

Head: If you could combine the two heads somehow - a bit of a tilt to the side (but not too much), and add the open mouth/tongue from Lilly 2 .
