January 3, 2023: Happy New Year!! All listings have been returned to their normal processing times. I have shipped all but 2 of the orders that came in while my shop was on Holiday (THANK YOU!). The rest should be going out in the next day or so. Thank you again for a wonderful year, and I look forward to seeing what 2023 has in store for us!
Unfortunately, I am no longer able to offer free shipping due to packages with no tracking being lost, however, all orders (except mugs) will ship for a low flat rate. November 24, 2021 UPDATE: Thank you for the orders placed while I had extended processing times in my shop. All orders placed through yesterday have been shipped. Processing times have been reset to the normal 3-5 days depending on if it’s a ready to ship item or made to order. Thank you for supporting my small business.

November 16, 2021 UPDATE: My processing times before I ship have been lengthened temporarily to 5-7 business days while I take an extended weekend trip with my family to Canada. Orders placed between Nov 16 and Nov 19 will ship next week. I will update the processing times when I return and they will go back to my normal 1-3 days. Thank you for supporting my shop!

August 16, 2021 UPDATE: Shipping times have been updated and set back to my normal 1-3 day processing times. I am now out of quarantine and feeling much better. I resumed shipping today and should be caught up on all open orders in the next day or two. Thank you so much for your patience and support!

August 6, 2021: Well, despite all my best efforts and over a year and a half of cleaning everything that comes in my house, PLUS getting the vaccine in May, I have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Fortunately, since I was vaccinated, my symptoms have been mild, and had I not lost my sense of smell, I would not have even realized I had it since it presented like a cold. I have put the shop on a 2-3 week shipping timeframe like I do when I go on "vacation" after Christmas. You will still be able to order, but nothing will be shipped until after my quarantine period is over and I can disinfect properly. Thank you for your understanding!

March 25, 2020: Hi Everyone! My name is Pam and I am the owner of Graphic Design by Pam.

I just wanted to pop in to say how much I appreciate each and every one of my customers and I know in my heart our country (and the rest of the world) will get through this scary, difficult time.

As a mom to a child with food allergies, I also wanted to let you know that I have always taken very strict precautions when producing my products and packaging my orders. In reference to food allergies, I do not eat or work around any of the top allergens while I am working on orders and I am usually the only person working on my orders. On the rare occasion when my husband has helped he has taken those same precautions as well. My hands are washed thoroughly several times while I am working on any task related to my orders and my heat presses and engraving machines get wiped down regularly.

These practices have translated into my order processing during this virus outbreak. I take all possible precautions to make sure your orders get to you safely. (In the past, I have even been known to leave the room altogether if something tickles my nose and I feel like I might sneeze LOL)

My Etsy shop is still up and running and we are practicing social-distancing as per CDC and WHO recommendations.

I wish you and your family the best of health and the strength to get through this difficult time.
