1. General / validity
These terms and conditions are based on all deliveries and services by Susanne Rose. Deviating and / or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of Susanne Rose. A Confirmation by email is more than enough.

All offers by Susanne Rose on the website are non-binding and non-binding. Small deviations and technical changes compared to our pictures or descriptions are possible. 3. Prices and terms of payment

4. Delivery and shipping costs
The delivery of the goods to the customer is carried out by the third party (delivery services) specified within the ordering process. The customer chooses his preferred shipping method itself. The packaging and shipping costs are announced to the customer prior to triggering the ordering process within the basket. Goods in stock will be shipped within three working days after receipt of order.
In the rare case of unavailability of a product in the warehouse, it is usually produced and re-delivered within two weeks. 5. Information about the exchange and return right (right of withdrawal)

6. Transfer of risk
The delivery of the goods is at the risk of the customer. The risk passes to the customer when the goods are handed over to the transport company. Complaints regarding damages in transit (for example damaged packaging on receipt of the goods) must be made by the customer directly to the transport company within the prescribed time limits. Any applicable taxes, customs costs, etc. when buying from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

Susanne Rose warrants that the goods sold are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of transfer of risk and have the contractually guaranteed properties. The statutory warranty period of two years from delivery of the goods to the customer applies. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or normal wear and tear.
Claims of the customer for damages, e.g. for non-performance, culpa in contrahendo, breach of contractual secondary obligations, consequential damages, damages due to tort and other legal reasons are excluded. 8. Retention of title
All deliveries are subject to retention of title. The delivered goods remain the property of Susanne Rose until full payment of the purchase price.

11. Additional provision
