RETURNS
If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. Then, you must ship your package back to me at your expense.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. MariaCrystalDesigns has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged
I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
I do not accept any package in which integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
RETURNED MAIL
I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
I will offer the possibility to have the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
SHIPPING
All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy Order. Please check this address is correct before finishing your check out. MariaCrystalDesign is not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before finish the purchase.

Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days from the shipping date.
Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, customs delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.
JEWELRY CARE - Some important notes
All jewelry require special care – whether sterling silver or metal plated.
To protect over time:-
• Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, working, or exercising.
• Avoid contact with cleaning materials, perfumes, hair sprays, and other beauty products.
• Store carefully and individually in a dry place to avoid scratches or corrosive damage.
• Clean your jewelry with a soft cotton cloth and warm water. Use a tiny drop of liquid soap if needed.
• Please do not use a jewelry cloth as it usually contains chemicals that will scrub off the surface.
Just so you know – Damage can be caused by contact with:
Rough abrasive surfaces, body sweat, corrosive materials such as hairspray, chemicals, grease, and high temperatures.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?
The postal loss insurance on Etsy covers orders up to $250, so if your order is lost, you will receive a full refund (including shipping and taxes).
