Simply purchase 2 of the same plants marked as buy 2 get 1 free and we will send 3. You only need to buy 2, we will include the 3rd one in the box for you. Example: You buy 2 amazon swords, we send 3. Applies only on the same transaction unless we haven't shipped your order out yet. You can also buy 4 get 2 free, buy 6 get 3 free, etc. For the same plants only.

We offer free first class shipping. This usually takes 3-5 days to deliver on average. We also offer a priority mail shipping upgrade at checkout that helps speed the delivery process up significantly to 2-3 days. We get great discounts for shipping and are able to offer priority mail for only $7.88. We suggest this option but especially if it is extra hot, cold, or you live very far away (we ship from Dallas Texas).
COLD & HOT weather shipping?
If it is 40F or below in your area you must add a heat pack to your order to be eligible to claim DOA. These are live perishable plants if you purchase them in the dead of winter without a heat pack they can and will freeze. We are not liable for cold damages for orders placed without a heat pack.
If it is 85F and above in your area you must add an ice pack to your order. We are not liable for heat damages for orders placed without an ice pack.
Do the plants have snails?
Our team does a great job of keeping our grow out tanks clean from algae and various other imperfections. However, it is always possible that snails ca still sneak their way on. Remember, we are working with nature. Snails are harmless and beneficial to the tank, however if you wish to avoid them we recommend doing a 1:20 bleach to water ratio dip. 1 part bleach, 20 parts water, put the plants in for a quick 5-10 seconds and then rinse. You can also quarantine plants in a separate tank.
When will my order ship?
Our processing time listed on Etsy is 4-6 business days however we strive to get orders out much faster than that. We list a longer ship time to give us a little wiggle room since these are live perishable plants we are dealing with. If you ever need an order quick, please message us we can almost always accommodate and often times same day ship depending on the item.

5 out of 5 starsSo very pleased with the plants I received. I have ordered from other sellers and only received single leaf, dwarf plants. These are fabulous and look very healthy. The tall one is over 12 inches high. I will be recommending this seller to all my friends and will probably be shopping there again myself very soon. 😁

Frequently asked questions
How does the “Buy 2 get 1 free” deal work?
- To take advantage of our awesome buy 2 get 1 free deals simply purchase 2 of the same items that are marked as “buy 2 get 1 free” in the title and we will send 3. This also applies if you purchase 4, we send 6, purchase 6, we send 9 etc.
Example: you purchase 2 amazon sword plants, we send 3. It will not reflect in your cart that you are getting 3, it will only show 2 but rest assured we will send 3 or however many were ordered.
- You cannot mix and match.
- You must purchase on the same transaction. If you purchase one item and it hasn’t shipped and then go back and purchase another as long as the address is the same and the item qualifies for buy 2 get 1 free we will honor the deal and combine them.
COLD & HOT Weather Shipping
If it is 40 degrees F or below in your area you must add a heat pack to your order to be eligible to claim DOA. These are live perishable plants if you purchase them in the dead of winter without a heat pack they can and will freeze. We are not liable for cold damages for orders placed without a heat pack as that is unfair to us.
If it is 85 degrees F and above in your area you must add an ice pack to your order to be eligible to claim DOA. Again these are perishable plants, please mind your weather and add the necessary heating or cooling packs to keep them safe and happy :)
What to expect with live plants?
The majority of aquarium plants start their life grown out of the water on farms but we do our best to start the process of converting them to underwater aquatic growth for you. With that said, your plants may lose some leaves and melt back some while going through this process. This is completely normal.
Some plants are more sensitive than others. All this means is that certain plants will hold up better in shipping than others. While certain plants like Anubias or java fern can last a long time in shipping, sensitive stem plants can be more prone to losing some leaves or melting a little bit. Your plant is not dead if it loses some leaves in transit, it just needs a little time to recover and start growing again in your tank.
When will my order ship?
Our listed processing time on Etsy is 4-6 business days, however we ship orders out much quicker than that. Having a longer processing time listed allows us a little just in case time if there is ever any bad weather or plants that need a little recover time.
Holidays may affect the ship times due to facility closures and or packages potentially not moving so we may wait until after to ship your order to be safe.
We do our best to ship every order fast, but If you ever need an order super fast, simply message us and let us know. We can often times ship same day or next day provided you message us early enough in the day. We also offer a priority mail upgrade option to help the package arrive faster and spend less time in transit.
Free shipping?
We offer free first class shipping on all items. First class mail generally takes 3-5 days to deliver. This method works well, however we encourage you to consider upgrading the shipping to priority mail if it extremely hot (above 80) or cold (below 50) in your area. Please keep in mind these are live perishable plants, if you leave them out they can perish. Even if they are not life out and there are freezing temps in your area, they can certainly freeze, so please be mindful of your weather. The best thing to do if you are concerned about weather is potentially upgrading the shipping so the plants spend as little time in transit as possible and or having your local post office hold your mail, you can request this in person or online.
Best Easy Beginner Plants?
Aquatic plants are wonderful for your fish, add a lovely look to any aquarium in addition to helping filter + oxygenate the water so adding live plants is a great choice.
Only a few things needed for great plant growth:
- A good light (preferably on a timer for 6-8 hours a day, your plants want consistent light and you don’t want lights on too long otherwise algae will start to grow, 6-8 hours a day is ideal)
- Good substrate (substrate = what you put the plants in at the bottom of your tank)
- A good nutrient source example: liquid fertilizer or root tabs. Liquid fertilizer is usually the go to, root tabs help as well.
Easy beginner plants:
Crypt wendtii varieties
Java fern varieties
Anubias varieties
Anacharis elodea
Dwarf sag

We guarantee live arrival on all of our livestock. In the rare event livestock shows up dead, we must be notified in 12 hours. Keep in mind these plants just took the journey of their lifetime in a dark box for 2-5 days so they will take time to recover and be at their best again. Please take clear photos of the item in the unopened bag and send it to us within 12 hours of receiving the item and once the item is validated by us we will send a replacement or refund minus the cost of shipping. For non perishable returns, buyer pays return shipping.
Do your plants have snails?
Snails are a natural part of the environment and are inevitable when dealing with live aquatic plants. Snails DO NOT eat plants. They are completely harmless and beneficial to aquariums by cleaning up algae and leftover food, dead plants, etc. however if you wish to avoid possible snails, please consider purchasing tissue culture aquatic plants and/or cleaning and quarantining new plants very thoroughly prior to placing them in your aquarium.
A quick and easy solution to help avoid snails is a bleach dip. Get 1 part bleach, 20 parts water, and dip the plants for a quick 5-10 seconds then rinse them off with clean water. Keep in mind bleach can be harsh on plants so you don’t want to overdo it.
