MOCK UPS AND APPROVALS
We send mock-ups upon request, through Etsy Chat, once are sent will be available for changes for 8 business hours during weekdays or 24 hours on weekends. (PT time)
-IF the design is already made I CAN'T change anything and will be shipped like that. If is not ready I will do the changes.
-IF you didn't approve the design in the time frame and is already made I CAN'T change anything and will send it like that, if is not ready I will do the changes.
NO refunds will be given IF you made a mistake while approving the design, or if you send changes AFTER the time frame.
NO free items will be sent IF you made a mistake while approving. We will give you a special discount if you want to re-order.
WILL MY ORNAMENT BREAK?
No, it won't break, our ornaments are made of aluminum metal, they are very durable, and since they are light-weight (1-2 mm thick and 3 inches diameter) your tree won't bend. You can relax and enjoy these cute ornaments.
WILL MY COFFEE/TEA MUG PEEL?
No it wont, our mugs are made with high quality sublimation ink.
Diswasher and Microwave safe.
HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCT?
A care card will be send with every order.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact me ASAP, if the order is not shipped yet we will update the shipping address. If the order was shipped unfortunaly we can't do anything. If the item is send it back to us We have no problem on send it back to the correct address after you paid the extra shipping cost.
MI ITEM IS HERE BUT IS BROKEN. WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact me within 5 days of the item being delivered, you will need to send a picture of the broken product and/or the damage box, we can discuss our options from there.

-The picture is completely necessary.
NO picture=NO options.
-If is a mug please SAVE the box and the broken item. Sometimes USPS ask to see the item and box.

WHAT ABOUT IF I DIDN'T GET MY PRODUCT BUT IT SAYS DELIVERED?
