This cup can be personalised with a name or something. You will have to mention that at check out with the font you want used. There is a font list in the pictures. If you get it personalised it may cause a few day delay on the estimated dispatch day. This will be adjusted on my end if it is required.

This is a 20 oz skinny tumbler. So it works great in vechicle cup holders.
The cup will be made with a double insulated steel tumbler.
Care instructions
This cup is sealed with epoxy on the design making it so this is a hand wash and dry item. DO NOT put it in the dishwasher. Think of this as glassware, and keep it out of direct sunlight for extended period of time, so the epoxy doesn't get damaged by the sun. The cup will come with care instructions.

If USPS is at fault, I do provide up to $50 insurance.(This is insurance I put on the package, so to utilize it you will need to send me clear pictures of the damages.) Y If the item appears lost in the mail please contact me, I may already be aware of this problem. When it is considered lost in the mail The usps deems that the sellers responsibility. I will start going through the process of finding it/ getting it marked as lost and we will discuss a solution of refund or me remaking the item at no cost to you.****

I CAN NOT CONTROL the USPS and can not 100% guarantee delivery date.
^^^^^ I work very hard to process and ship all orders ASAP. Once the package is dropped off, it is out of my control.
I will not refund orders that are delivered "later then expected" due to the USPS. There are no refunds for custom orders that are RETURNED TO SENDER. Customer will have to pay for additional postage to reship the returned item to a correct address. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE SHIP TO ADDRESS IS CORRECT.

Refunds
Our items are custom made, so refunds and exchanges are not available for these items. If an error is made on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item as soon as possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS/ hand made flaws: Items that were damaged intransit will happily be replaced, and I am sorry that the mail carrier roughed up your item. Unfortunately when they do that it costs both of us time, frustration and obviously money. Packages are insured so that way the usps has to pay for the damages they cost. (this just means that they cover the cost for me to make a new item to send to you to replace it.) For this to happen I have to prove the damages, which means a clear picture of the damages that can be seen with out manipulating the picture.. ex: zooming in and squinting should not be nessary.
HANDMADE FLAWS: This does occationally happen, where it is just a minor lack of perfection due to it being a handmade creation. While I have no problems doing a fix/ repair to an item, I will not fully replace it with a new item because it is fully functional but doesn't have as much glitter as you would like. To get this fixed simply contact me, you will need to pay to ship it back to me, but I will do a fix/ repaid spot touch up and send it back.
PROCESSING TIME- my processing time can change at any given time. So understand if you need an item by a certain date you will need to contact me to ensure it is possible. Due to the various items I make it can change processing times by having 1 day that lots of orders are placed. I try really hard to make sure items don't need a processing time change but it can happen.
