How do I save my artwork?
1. After payment is confirmed you'lll be redirected to 'view your files' via the 'purchases' section of your account. Link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases OR, if you did not use an Etsy account to checkout, please see a link in your emails (check Spam folder). Still need help: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949 or
2. Click ‘Download’, save the files onto your computer
3. Large sets of artwork will be zipped, use free unzipping software to extract ie. Winzip.com
4. Choose your size and print, use the best printer settings
5. Frame and enjoy!
How do I unzip my artwork?
You will find that our sets of large artworks are compressed so they can be uploaded in a bundle and downloaded faster. The compressed file is known as a 'zip' file (ends with the extension .zip). An archive needs to be opened with compression software before the files inside can be accessed. Windows, OS X, and Linux all come with ZIP compression built-in to the operating system, or you can google a free third-party program on the internet. To open a zip file: right-click the ZIP file. In Windows and Linux, you can right-click the Z. If using a mobile, you can download an app ie. we are a fan of the free software WinZip: http://www.winzip.com
How do I print my artwork?
You can print your artwork from home, upload it to an online printing service or email your files to a local printing shop. Files are JPEG, which gives you the flexibility to also print at a photo lab, or print on any print mediums that you would print a photo, i.e. canvas, metal, foam board, tote bag, tee, photo paper.
Where can I have my artwork printed?

Text-based prints are clear when printed on matte card stocks but can be printed at photo labs too. If you are in Australia, there is Officeworks and printing on A4 and A3 cardstocks and trimming off excess paper is most cost-effective. If you are based in the US, I would suggest Walgreens, Staples, Kinkos, Target, FedEx, Costco and Walmart. In Canada, you can print at FedEx, Costco and Walmart. In the UK, Boots, Tesco, Asda, Staples.
How do I print at home?
We suggest using a heavyweight card or photo stock in matte for all type based prints and semi-gloss for photo prints for a lovely subtle sheen. When printing make sure to set your printer to 100% or original size and select the highest quality printing setting. Colours may vary sightly with differing monitors as will colours vary from using differing printers.
Can you personalised artwork?

The MINT IMPRINT DIY shop is for pre-designed artwork and is always trading. Our availability to do custom design requests is dependent on our design schedule. Can you resize artwork?
Some of the time. Most of our prints come in multiple sizes which you can scale down and not loose any quality. If you are doing this, choosing the 'fit to page' option at the printing stage, will allow you to reduce the size. Files are JPEG high-resolution 300dpi, which will allow for slight enlarging before you notice any resolution lost. If you need a size that isn't listed, please ask before ordering. Most prints can be resized however due to the nature of some of the artwork this may not be possible.
Can you print artwork for me?

Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of a digital product, you have instant access, so it can’t be exchanged or returned after purchase. Files are always accessible to you via the Purchases section of your Etsy account. And you can use your purchase multiple times for personal use, so keep this in mind to get the most out of your purchase.
