These are the facts as I experienced them; you be the judge. I ordered this item on January 7. I noticed on January 23, the item had not even been shipped yet. So I messaged the seller. The seller did not respond until January 29, blaming Etsy. But the item did arrive 5 days later (yay!) so shipping got a strong score. The piece is well done and attractive.

This ornament, through no fault of the seller, got stuck going through USPS during the holidays. I messaged the seller and she sent another ornament that was perfect! I eventually got the second one and asked if she wanted me to return it, and she told me to gift it to another Swiftie. Fantastic customer service, beautiful ornament, 5 stars. I would highly recommend this seller.

I wish it was bigger

My string art piece exactly matched the description in the listing. The piece is well made and is a perfect, cute addition to a narrow strip of wall I have in my home office next to a sliding door. It was awkwardly skinny to have a bigger piece there, so a small heart is a cheerful way to brighten the space. Thank you so much!
