RESIZE (1 PER ITEM): If you want to make a stock-size item smaller please purchase this (1 per item), it will also increase the dispatch time. Please specify your custom dimensions in a note on the order.

UNEVEN EDGES: Being reclaimed materials none of our boards are completely straight, however if you really want to emphasise that rustic look we can spend extra time bringing a natural shape and form to the edge. We can perform this service on just one edge or on both if preferred (please specify the item this customisation relates to)

DESK HOLES: We can offer 60mm desk holes (the standard size for desk insert grommets), please specify the location in a note on the order

PLATINUM SERVICE: If you want a combination of the above services we can do any combination for £50, please make sure to specify what you'd like in a note. (does not include Pop Up Power Tower or Engraving)

ENGRAVING: Engraving service for our items. We can personalise any of our furniture with names or a message, please just let us know what you want to be written in a note and where and we can do this for you, the most common place is the underside.

POP UP POWER TOWER: A sophisticated black aluminium and plastic power supply installed to keep your work area flowing seamlessly. Features 4 plug sockets, HDMI, RJ45 ethernet port, 1x fast-charging USB port and USB-C port plus wireless QI phone charging. Can be added to any of our desks or tables.

'A fully automatic pop up plug socket has a built-in spring-loaded mechanism enabling easy operation; when in a closed position, simply push on the top of the pop up socket and it will rise gently. When no longer required, simply push the top down again and it will latch into place, leaving the desktop clear and tidy.

It shouldn't need much care! The surface is hard wearing, and can be cleaned with normal surface cleaners

Touch ups to damaged areas can be made with a little Fiddes Hard Wax Oil, and a sponge.

Fiddes also sell a specific cleaner for their finishes- fiddes.co.uk/shop/floor-finishes/wood-flooring-refresher/

Natural wood contains pockets of tree sap (which eventually becomes amber with enough time). If you find your new table (or old) has oozed some out of any pockets, you can soften and simply wipe away with white spirit

Our UK deliveries take between 1-3 business days (Mon to Fri) after dispatch to arrive.

Please note however that our standard delivery service is not a guaranteed one, as sometimes there are issues with the courier that are outside of our control.

EU ORDERS:
Orders to the European Union are liable for customs charges in order to receive your order, these vary between countries but are usually around 21-24% of the order value plus a smaller admin fee. In order to help with this extra cost we will be able to refund an amount, please get in touch for more info.

We can't ship anything larger than 175cm to France, or 175x100cm to Europe these orders will be cancelled and refunded

We try to show a full range of the different finishes in our gallery, please bear in mind that with our reclaimed items we often include and finesse marks and imperfections from the material's previous life, highlighting the uniqueness of each board. The different finishes are all applied to the same reclaimed solid wood boards.

All of our items can be made smaller for a charge. Simply buy the customisation, as well as the item, leaving us instructions as a buyer note. This increases the dispatch time. You'll receive a form outlining this and requesting specifications once your order has been placed.

Our customised item service products are exempt from our standard 14 days return policy. You are still covered by our guarantee and all of our other standard terms apply.

There is a £15 charge for the plywood desks as these are pre-made and require re-finishing.

Our UK delivery service does not include the remote islands, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland.

For these areas please select the correct location from the delivery services on the basket page before checking out, as Etsy defaults to free postage for all areas regardless.

We had a central desk hole added for cable management and it was well worth doing. Also a wavy edge, which they did beautifully. Absolutely stunning workmanship.

This is such a stunning little desk! We had this made for our daughter and she absolutely loves it. It's beautifully well made and finished throughout, and looks very chic! I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. Fabulous sellers too with great communication throughout.
