Once the post office has your item, IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS. If you have an issue with your order after I’ve shipped it, please file a claim with the post office. I can not go through every single order that is placed and make sure they are going to arrive on time. I have a set time to get your order out, the postal service is responsible for the rest.

Some of my designs are sublimation, this is ink based and pressed on to the shirt, the ink infuses into the fabric of the shirt. It does not crack or peel.
* some sublimation designs will not be as vivid as they appear on the pictures/mock ups, most listings have a IRL picture to refer to *

Please understand my turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, that is not counting weekends or holidays.
