A few issues with this order. My order wasn’t confirmed for 10+ days after placing the order- I messaged the seller and she did reply after a few days and provided update on the shipping. The balloon arch showed up with no instructions and it was missing 10 of the small silver balloons. I messaged the seller again, but the shop was “closed” for the holidays so unfortunately the issue wasn’t resolved in time for the party I was planning to use it for. Disappointing overall.
