Frequently asked questions
How many times can I edit and download?
You can edit and download as many times as you want to for 6 months. Editable templet link expires after 6 months.
Can I use my phone or tablet to edit the templates?
No. Templates can only be edited on a computer. Edit cannot be made on a mobile device or tablet.
I don't like the template. Can you I get a refund?
No. Due to the nature of selling digital files, refunds or exchanges or cancellations will NOT be given.
Please try the demo (links are in the item description) before you order and see and MAKE SURE the template is what you are looking for. Please make sure any questions you may have are answered before completing your purchase.
Can I change the size of the template?
No, but size customization is available by the seller. Please contact us for changing size. There will be an additional fee (starting from $5.00).

What is your turnaround time?
All of my designs are instant download items, so there is no turnaround time.
I found spelling errors. What do I do?
For Editable Templates: Sweet Story Studio is not responsible for any wording, spelling, or grammar of all editable templates. It's the buyers' responsibility to check spelling and grammar. Make sure that you check all of the wording before printing.
Non-Editable Templates: Sweet Story Studio is responsible for any wording, spelling, or grammar of all editable templates. Let us know if you find any errors.
Can you print the cards for me?
Unfortunately, we don't offer a printing service at this moment. No actual printed material or envelopes will be shipped.

How does Templett templates work?
Templett templates include an instant download, self-editable template that you edit yourself using your own browser. You will be emailed a link to access your template after purchase within a few minutes. No software to install or fonts to download. You can print at home, your local print shop, or online print companies.
Where do I find my templett.com link?
The email will be sent to the email address you used to register Etsy.
* Find your email here: Account settings > Settings > Email address.
* Please contact us if you didn't receive the link within 30 minutes.
*If you have a templett.com account: You won't receive a new link. Please log in using the ID and password you used to set up the account. You will be able to find the templates in your existing templett.com account.
