GUIDEBOOKS - We sell matching guidebooks for all our tarot decks. You can include the guidebook with your deck at checkout, or you can purchase your guidebook at a later time here: https://creatoriq.cc/45HA8yr
CARD DECKS - Please read the entire product description carefully before placing your order. Our tarot and oracle decks are printed with a smooth, satin finish and are NOT foiled on the fronts and backs. The gold texture is part of the digital design of the artwork, so the surface of the deck is not reflective. Only specific decks have reflective, gold-gilded edges (see product descriptions and photos to confirm whether your deck has this feature.) All product photos are taken in natural sunlight.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS - I am not responsible for locating or replacing packages that are shipped to the incorrect mailing address. However, if a package is returned to sender and must be rerouted to a new address, the package can be reshipped (additional shipping charge may apply.)

Frequently asked questions
Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges ONLY if an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
• Return requests for faulty/damaged items must be received within 3 days of delivery.
• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• All made to order, digital items, and wholesale orders are final sale.
Forced returns without prior approval will be returned to sender. To ensure this doesn't happen, just keep me in the loop!
Shipping and Processing Times
Production and shipping times may temporarily extend past the below time frames. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact me directly.
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. The processing time for most items is 2-3 days.
All made to order items require 1-2 weeks in production time. If you're unsure whether or not an item is made to order or on backorder, feel free to reach out. Rest assured, you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as I've sent out your order.
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Lost or Stolen Packages
I am not responsible for replacing or refunding lost and/or stolen packages. Once a package is in the possession of USPS, it is up to them to deliver it to you. If you are worried that your package may be stolen, I recommend opting for an insured shipping service (e.g. USPS Priority Mail.)
