The one I purchased wasn't flat and therefore wasn't what I expected from what I saw in your advertisement. However, its details are on the money 💰, just not the appearances.

► What Are Your Production Times?
Our current turnaround time is 1-2 business days upon ordering. Items are all custom made. Please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email to upload your photos or fingerprints. Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.

Domestic First Class shipping is FREE and takes 3-5 business days upon being shipped from our NYC Facility.

Fedex Economy is $9.95 and this will ship 2nd Day air. Once it leaves our NYC Facility it will take 2 business day to get to you.
