- Please take note due to COVID, orders might be delayed.
- Default shipping has no tracking.
- There is a registered mail (tracking) option at a slightly higher price. Please do note that this tracking service will only be able to track the movement within in Singapore, when it reaches the destination outside of Singapore, we are unable to track and will be dependent on your local post office.
- Going with registered mail (tracking), you should be eligible for the Etsy's Purchase Protection Programme (https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/7471925990807-Etsy-s-Purchase-Protection-Programme?segment=shopping)
- Please make sure address and name is correct.
- We're not liable for lost / damaged items though we assure to keep them well sealed and protected. If there are such cases, please message the shop.
- For lost / damage items, we will able to send another copy at a discounted price. If you went with registered mail (tracking), you should be eligible for the Etsy's Purchase Protection Programme and receive a full refund.
- We will not be able to ship at specific time requested, but it will be within the specified month. Orders still in pre-orders stage will take a longer while as it's still in production.

For Pre-orders, please do note that if for example: the item is Jan Pre-Order, this means that we get the stock in Jan, and then ship it to you. Depending on your location it could take 16-20 working days. But due to Covid this could extend to 30 days.
