1. For curtain tiebacks: Our curtain tie products are all handmade with knots. May not be washable in the machine. Please hand wash with soap water or wipe them with damp cloth and let dry

3)Returns must be sent with tracking and marked " Returned Goods " on the custom form. Any custom charges incurred by not following the instructions will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please provide the tracking information after you ship back. Insurance is highly recommended as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.

4) Please return the item in it's original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund of your purchase price, minus original shipping, will be issued as long as the item has not been damaged or altered.
