Ordered in June it's held up in customs. Est arrival was July 11. No idea when if Or when I will get it. Seller states is not responsible for customs delay. I get it..but I haven't had this problem from items from Portugal. Is it an Austrian thing? And Now it's on sale. Does not mean you would ever get it . The seller is responsive but they can't seem to do anything. It's sitting in customs.

Perfect service, it was delivered soon, thanks so much. The bag is bigger than I expected (even though I looked at the measurements, before I bought the bag) which is practical, but less pretty. The handle is short. The shoemaker has put extra holes in the handle for me (only 2 was possible), so that it looks better in my body.
