All orders are picked and packed by a third party fulfilment warehouse staff. We have partner warehouses in the UK, US and EU. If you are based in the USA or EU, depending on the stock availability, your order may be shipped internally, in which case the delivery times will be much shorter than advertised. However, we reserve the right to fulfil our product from the UK, and the estimated delivery times reflect that.

Please note that tracking is only included as standard for the following orders:

UK orders above £15.99, i.e. orders below this amount will be sent untracked
International orders above $39.00, i.e. orders below this amount will be sent untracked

I am afraid we don't make custom or personalised orders. This includes specifically requested titles, unfortunately. However, we constantly add to our collection, so please come back soon!

We won't be able to cover the re-shipping costs back to you or refund the original shipping costs in the following three scenarios:

a) If you initially provided an incorrect address
b) If you failed to collect the item from the postal facility within the specified timeframe
c) If multiple delivery attempts to your address were unsuccessful

- Returns accepted within 30 days. Regrettably, we can't offer refunds or exchanges after this.

- Please include your order number and return reason to assist our warehouse team in processing your return efficiently.

- Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

- We advise securing proof of postage with tracking. Without it, we can't issue a refund if the item is lost in transit.

- Partial refunds or no refunds may be given for items that are not in their original condition, or if they have damages or missing parts that weren't our fault.
