Oak
Oak we use for our designs is of the best quality and is nearly flawless with less knots, bark pockets and sap bands. Oak is durable and hard material, which makes it more resistant to such factors as water or fungi. We also use extra finish, which is stain and dirt resistant. However, unique marking may be visible on wood.

Leather
We work with some of the best leather suppliers in the country to offer you the best quality products. Leather is a natural product and so it might have unique markings such as scars or wrinkles. However, these natural markings are not considered as defects, but rather are indications of genuine leather. The leather may also differ in dye lot coloration, but it is not seen as a defect as well.

Oak
Solid oak furniture and table tops in particular should be kept clean by using damp cloth. Using detergents is not recommended. If you spill something, wipe it off, make sure it does not stay on for too long.

Leather
It is recommended to keep leather furniture away from direct sunlight and not to place it near heat sources such as radiators. Always clean leather upholstered furniture gently, without much of a rubbing as it can ruin the surface. We recommend using only natural materials in case you want to refresh the look of leather.

Natural wood, black, white oak colors
To get white oak, black and any other color we use stain and as a protective layer we apply hard wax.
For natural wood color, we use only hard wax as a protective layer, keeping the wood color as is.
Protective layer we use is water and stain resistant.

We ship our furniture with major shipping companies – DHL, FedEx/TNT, UPS, GLS, etc. Lead time is indicated next to each item. Delivery time varies and depends on a destination country and might be impacted by global events. Delivery service is to the front door or/and ground floor.
Most furniture pieces are shipped disassembled. We always add mounting kit with all the necessary tools to assemble the piece. Putting the furniture together is easy and intuitive. We are always happy to help with any questions if they come up during the assembly process.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Making a purchase outside your home country could still result in additional taxes and fees, such as import VAT. Please make sure to read information during the checkout and get familiar with requirements of your residence country making purchase outside it.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyer is responsible to provide required information to customs to release goods when needed in a timely manner. If failure to do that results in items being returned to the seller, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customized items are not refundable.

We accept returns under the following conditions:
*Customer has to contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back within 21 days of delivery.
*Customer is responsible to cover the return shipping cost.
*Items must be returned in original packaging.
*If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Custom orders or sale items are not refundable.
We do not accept refunds, cancellations, or returns. Changes to the order after the purchase may be made only upon mutual agreement between seller and buyer. Please carefully check the details of your order before making a purchase.
